Payment Policy - A signed contract is required for all work requested. Invoices are submitted on the last day of every month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. Payment is late after the 25th of the month if not yet received; a late fee of 10% will be added. Invoices can be sent via email, fax or US Mail depending on the client's preference. On line payment as well as automatic payment methods are available. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable methods of payment: personal or business check made out to Staff Advantage, credit card or electronic payment via PayPal.
